Thai and Fly Workshop at Yoga on the Lake
This workshop incorporates thai yoga massage techniques with basic flying yoga postures. You will learn the practice of giving and receiving, honoring and accepting, inhaling and exhaling that will take both yogis into a new place of union and bliss. The base is the partner that creates a stable platform for the flyer to explore inverted aerial asana flows. The relationship between partners deepens as they exchange roles as flyer and base, increasing their capacity for trust and communication. The flyer receives spinal and muscular release while the base is the recipient of Thai Massage and the Buddhist practice of metta loving kindness. No partner needed. The Dairyland Classic is Wisconsin's premier flat track motorcycle racing event, showcasing five distinct divisions of professional and amateur competition in a fast-paced, fan-friendly atmosphere. All grandstand seats offer full views of the entire 1/3-mile clay racetrack, where racers approach 90mph as they dive into the corners, sliding the rear wheels outward as the bikes break traction and the racers fight to stay aboard just inches away from their challengers.

Elkhart Lake Triathlon
Compete with (or observe) hundreds of well-trained athletes at Elkhart Lake's 9th triathlon. Again this year, the event will feature the Olympic Triathlon and the Sprint Triathlon. The Olympic Distance Triathlon is a 1.5-kilometer swim, 40-kilometer bike and 10-kilometer run. The Sprint Triathlon consists of a 400-meter swim, 20-kilometer bike and 4-kilometer run. Victory Garden - artistic empowerment in the spirit of thanksgiving, celebration, and growth beginning our second decade. Opening reception Friday, June 25, 5-9 pm. Considered a "morale booster", gardeners felt empowered by their contribution.
