Deposit Policy
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the quoted daily rate, plus tax. Deposits can be made either over the phone with a credit card, or you may send a check within 7 days of your phone reservation. A one-night deposit guarantees the entire duration of your stay. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, we will mail you a gift certificate in the amount of your stay. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days from your arrival date, there is a $15 service charge, and any balance we may owe you from your deposit will be credited to the credit card we have on file.
Check- In and Check- Out
Check-in time: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. We are happy to accommodate early and
late check-ins. Please advise upon making your reservation if you wish
to arrive before 3:00 pm or after 7:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
