Deposit Policy
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the quoted
daily rate, plus tax. Deposits must be in the form of a check and are
required within five days of making your reservation or the room will
be released. A deposit guarantees the entire stay and will be applied
to the last night of your scheduled reservation. We are happy to accept
a major credit card for any balance due upon checkout. Call 52 Stafford

Cancellation Policy
Double occupancy cancellations must be made within seven days of your
scheduled arrival date. Your deposit will not be refunded unless your
room can be re-rented.
Single occupancy cancellations for weekday stays must be made within 24 hours.
There is a $15 service charge on all cancellations. A gift certificate will be issued for you to join us at a later date.
Check-In / Check-out
Check-in time begins at 3 pm. Check-out time is 11 am.
